Nathan is a seasoned founder coach and former exited founder. Nathan has spent the past 8 years working with 100+ founder clients and specializing in co-founder dynamics.
Nathan has helped co-founders navigate a range of challenges from overcoming deep interpersonal conflict to growing trust to changing co-founder roles. Nathan has worked with co-founder teams of all sizes -- from seed - $1b+ in revenue.

Cat Totty
Cat has worked for over 20 years with world-class entrepreneurs, leaders, creatives, scientists and adventurers, and consulted in 30+ startups and scaleups.
As coach, she’s worked with over 100 Founders and Co-Founders, leading one to one, small group and large peer learning settings.
She helps teams set and maintain effective ways of working together, align and evolve on vision and goals, and build their toolkit to master productive relationships and set great everyday culture in their businesses.
An Incredible Location
Wicken Farm is 2hrs from Kings Cross by train door to door - with the taxi from Downham Market Station to Wicken Farm organized by us and included in the price.
It is an expansive 4,000+ acre country estate with a rich history and miles of walking trails. Wicken Farm is the perfect setting to step away from your day-to-day duties and spend time exploring your partnership and company vision.
The day includes 3 fresh, healthy meals and snacks provided by Lucy, the exceptional on-site chef who will be supporting our work together.
What's Included:
- Event Preparation. This includes a one-hour coaching session with Nathan or Cat and your full co-founding team to define your co-founder goals and receive curated readings and reflection prompts based on your goals.
- Full-day (9 am - 7 pm) intensive facilitation at Wicken Farm with two expert founder coaches.
- Two post-event co-founder coaching sessions. Each session will be 50 minutes with your full co-founder team to help you enact the skills, behavior shifts, and best practices you took away from "Co-Founder Alignment Day" and achieve your partnership goals.
- Three meals prepared by an expert chef as well as refreshments and nourishment throughout the day.
- Transportation between Wicken Farm and Downham Market is included. Train from London to Downham Market is not included.

This program has been designed to create transformational and lasting results for you and your partnership.
The all-in price for TWO Co-Founders to attend the "Co-Founder Retreat" is £7,350 (excluding VAT).
This includes:
-1 pre-event co-founder goal-setting session with Nathan and Cat (standard rate £750)
-2 post-event co-founder coaching sessions (standard total rate £1,500)
-1 full day of intensive co-founder facilitation for two people (standard rate £7,000)
-3 meals, transportation, and overnight accommodation at the Wicken for two people (standard rate £1,250)
Attending Co-Founder Retreat provides a 35% savings from Nathan and Cat's standard coaching rates.
